Domestik was founded in 1998 in the construction and general contracting, sector and later in real estate development Since then we took upon ourselves the task of expanding and developing our business, and with experience well over twenty five years in construction, contracting and real estate development, we managed to provide our customers with the highest standards of housing Furthermore, with a customer database covering many countries and construction of unique super lux residential units, we strongly established ourselves at the forefront of the real estate developing companies.

Steps of our Process
1. PROJECT STUDY
During this step, we address every aspect of the client's requirements to obtain the optimal solution, both economically and operationally, which helps in preparing a preliminary design to arrive at an accurate feasibility study.
2. ENGINEERING
Designing the project to match the architectural aspects and technical usage of the project based on the suitable engineering design codes, that outputs a shop drawings for fabricaCon stage accordingly.
3. Construction
Before commencing real estate construction activities, raw building materials are thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure they meet technical specifications, engineering standards, and are free from defects. Then, construction work begins according to the approved execution drawings, with continuous monitoring and inspection throughout all stages to guarantee quality workmanship, precision, and structural safety.
4. HANDING OVER
At this stage, all structural works and casting operations, including all their components, as well as the approved façades, are completed and delivered according to the highest possible quality standards.
